- Include an order reference, the date, the amount and the currency if available.
- Do not include full card numbers, security codes, passwords or sign-in codes.
Credits and payment refunds
Returning generation credits and refunding a payment are different actions. Neither is currently offered as an automatic promise here. Any future rules need to distinguish these actions and explain their eligibility and status.
