Account and support information
Signing in involves account information such as your email address and session. A support ticket contains the information you choose to submit. Keep passwords, sign-in codes, payment credentials and unnecessary personal details out of tickets.
Photos and generated media
Production generation is not open. The media-processing providers, retention periods and deletion rules for a live generation service still need to be confirmed and published before that service opens. Do not assume that uploads or results will be stored permanently or deleted within a particular period.
Sessions and language
The site uses cookies for sign-in sessions and language preferences. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking session cookies may prevent sign-in. If you choose a third-party sign-in option, that provider also handles information under its own privacy terms.
Privacy questions
Use the site's signed-in ticket path for questions about your account information or a privacy request. Describe the request without attaching sensitive material that is not needed to understand it.
